What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you are asking about, and anything you write in the message field. If you call or text the number shown on this site, you are contacting the licensed local installer directly. Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS through Web3Forms, the form-delivery service this site uses, to the site operator's email inbox.
How it is used
Form information is shared with a licensed local installer for one purpose: responding to your inquiry about solar service. With your consent (the checkbox on the form), the installer may contact you by phone, text and email about that inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with other contractors, lead marketplaces or advertisers. We do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing.
Your choices
You can ask what information was submitted with your inquiry, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by sending any form on this site with the words “Privacy request” in the details field — the site operator will handle the request and pass it to the installer for the copy shared with them. If the installer contacts you and you would like it to stop, tell them and they will honor it.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and to record when visitors tap the call or text buttons. That measurement does not include anything you type into the inquiry form — form submissions are handled only as described above.
About this site
Solar Rescue SoCal is an independent solar information and referral website. Service inquiries are referred to one licensed local installer, who performs all inspections, quoting and installation work.
